Lauren Kenneally, MA, MFT (Owner) She/Her

Lauren is a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT), with a specialization in Addiction & Recovery (A&R). Lauren is also trained in EMDR, a well-known trauma modality. Lauren has worked in the treatment field since 2018 and mental health field since 2020. 

Lauren is a recognized and loved member of the Los Angeles 12-step community. Lauren regularly attends meetings and works with young women/people in early recovery via taking them through the steps. 

Lauren’s experience in sober living environments, as well as her clinical background and experience as a case manager, will only work to better serve the residents at Raven House with anything they may experience. Lauren believes in creating a safe space to guide each individual resident towards self-empowerment and utilizing  the foundational tools of honesty, vulnerability, authenticity, and compassion in order to foster building a life worth living sober.....


Soheyla Fulwilder, CADAC II (Program Manager / Case Manager) She/Her

Soheyla Fulwilder, is an addiction counselor, CADAC II and a certified life coach. She completed her studies at UCLA extension after being sober for 2 years. Soheyla changed careers from banking to recovery due to her passion and love for this work. She has been working in this field since 2012. Soheyla believes in paying it forward with love, joy and compassion. Soheyla has a passion for meditation and mindfulness, and she believes with all her heart that her 17 years of recovery and working in this field has been far more rewarding than anything else in her life time. Soheyla lives with an attitude of gratitude, kindness, joy, and fun. She brings that with her everywhere she goes offering a unique experience for the ladies.

Soheyla provides case management services as an additional add-on service. This add-on service includes two thirty-minute case management sessions a week. Case management is a vital step in helping our ladies transition into happy and productive lives. This service comes at an additional monthly fee, which the owners will discuss with families and clients; this fee is paid directly to Soheyla.

Katherine Anderson (Resident Aid & Business Development) She/Her

Kat does this work because she's passionate about helping people turn their lives around. Having been through her own recovery journey, she knows firsthand how tough it can be, and that’s what drives her to help others. She has seen how addiction impacts not just individuals, but also families and communities, and wants to be there to offer support, guidance, and real tools for change. This work means a lot to Kat because it gives people a chance to rebuild their lives. She is grateful to be apart of that process every day.

Kat provides sober companion services as an additional add-on service. This add-on service includes sober support in high risk situations such as travel, events, daily scheduling, and any situation which may cause cravings or triggers. Sober companions provide a safe lifeline in early recovery and provides support in situations which cause a high risk for relapse. This service comes at an additional fee which the owners will discuss with families and clients; this fee is paid directly to Kat.

Brittni Crossman (Night Manager) She/Her

Brittni has over eight years of experience in the mental health field. Her work is rooted in creating structured, supportive, and safe environments where individuals in recovery can rebuild their lives with dignity and accountability. She is passionate about fostering community, encouraging personal growth, and recognizing the importance of safe spaces in the healing process.

Brittni utilizes her strong understanding of recovery principles, crisis support, and client advocacy to meet individuals where they are at as she walks alongside them toward stability and longterm success.

Bella Katab (Resident Aid) She/Her

Bella, as an alumni of Raven House, has a lived understanding of what clients go through in early recovery. This understanding allows her to connect with them on a personal and compassionate level as they rebuild their lives from the inside out.

Bella brings a grounding, intuitive, and calm presence to Raven House that helps clients feel safe, understood, and supported. For Bella, this work is meaningful because she's seen firsthand how powerful support can be during early recovery. Being able to walk beside someone through their hardest moments, and witness their growth, is something she feels honored to be part of every day.
